I design platforms for Olympic hospitality, membership and e-commerce, and higher education. Currently at TKO, leading design of enterprise platforms and internal tools for Milan 2026 and LA 2028 Olympic Games. Previously designed membership platforms at ISC2 and learning products at University of Miami.

Design Approach
Good design makes complexity disappear. I balance systems thinking with craft, designing products that feel intuitive even when the underlying logic is complicated.
Clarity Through Complexity
I gravitate toward systems with multiple moving parts and intricate constraints. My approach is to map how everything connects, then design interfaces that hide complexity while surfacing what users actually need.
Systems Thinking at Scale
I consider the full ecosystem—user needs, data models, technical feasibility, and business constraints. I design for edge cases early because I've learned that foundations need to scale as requirements evolve.
Craft in Service of Clarity
Complex systems need intentional craft. I pay attention to hierarchy, interaction states, microcopy, and visual rhythm—the details that guide users. Every design choice should serve clarity.

About Me
I'm Ariella—I turn complex systems into experiences people actually understand. Currently designing Olympic hospitality platforms at TKO. Outside of work: dancing, improv, finding the best restaurants, and language learning (English, Spanish, Korean). Believer in thoughtful design that scales.
